Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Please note that each procedure requires a deposit of £150, which can only be re-scheduled or refunded if minimum 48h notice is given by texting mobile number: 07547667275.

Due to a considerable number of no-shows, a £60 consultation fee is required in order to secure an appointment, and can only be redeemed against the treatment cost if the procedure of interest is carried out the same day. Should one decide against the enhancement, the consultation charge cannot be refunded. Refund/reschedule is possible only with a 48h notice given via text message to the mobile number listed above.
It is essential that you read T&C as well as Pre-Advice and Aftercare, before you make a payment, which is a confirmation, that you have read and understand our T&C.
My Story
Should you wish to proceed without the consultation, and only upon a completion of a Patch Test, £150 deposit will be required. Should it transpire that on the day of the appointment the treatment cannot go ahead for reasons that would have been identified during a consultation (e.g : failing to inform that the client has had a semi-permanent enhancement done in the past, even if no visible residue of colour remains in the skin, medical history, other beauty treatments, personal schedules and plans thereafter, late arrival, non arrival), a cancellation fee of £150 will apply in all cases.
An appointment will be scheduled upon the request and invoice payment. A sensitivity test will be sent to the address provided.
Payment will be a verification that full information has been provided regarding our terms and conditions,( available here and downloadable in FAQ page) in the event of any cancellation. To ensure that the appointment and the healing process goes smoothly, it is essential to read the pre-advice, even if the client had a micropigmentation enhancement in the past.
Should you arrive late for your appointment, your technician may not be able to carry out the procedure, in which case you will lose your fee, or touch-up session.
In case of a missed touch-up appointment a new touch-up appointment will have to be rescheduled at an additional cost of £150/h.- £200/h (extra session)
